Ashdown Estate & Wealth is the data controller for personal information collected through this website. Contact us at hello@storage-pipes.digital, +44-5-349-7473, or 49268 Wyman Hollow, Altenwerthfield, Scotland, United Kingdom.
What we collect
When you enquire or subscribe to notes, we may collect your name, email address, phone number if provided, preferred meeting window, consultation interest, and the content of your message. Technical logs may include IP address and browser type when essential for security.
Why we process data
We process enquiry data to respond to your request, arrange appointments, and — where you ask — prepare for a possible advisory engagement. Newsletter sign-ups are processed with your consent. Legitimate interests support basic site security and fraud prevention.
Retention
General enquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four months unless a client relationship begins, in which case retention follows our engagement and regulatory record-keeping duties. Newsletter details are kept until you unsubscribe. Cookie-related identifiers follow the periods described on our cookies page.
Your rights
Under UK data protection law you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, or data portability where applicable. You may withdraw consent for optional communications at any time. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.
International transfers
We aim to store enquiry data within the United Kingdom or European Economic Area. If a provider processes data outside these regions, we will use appropriate safeguards such as UK International Data Transfer Agreements or equivalent contractual clauses.
Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We may share information with IT hosting providers under contract, or with solicitors and accountants you ask us to coordinate with during an engagement.
