Estate & inheritance planning that starts with the map, not the forms

Before anyone redrafts a will, we chart titled property, pensions, gifts already made and the people who depend on them. You leave with a written overview, an inheritance tax estimate and a prioritised list your solicitor can act on.

Typical engagements run three to five weeks from discovery meeting to recommendations. Fees start at £1,450 for a standard estate overview.

From clients

“The estate overview flagged that our holiday cottage sat outside the will's main gifts. Sorting that before our solicitor redrafted saved a second round of fees.”

How meetings work

Appointments with room to think

Introductory meetings last about forty minutes. Bring pension statements if you have them; if not, we start with questions and gather documents afterwards.
